The U740 Valkyrie is an uncrewed combat aircraft developed jointly by Airbus and Kratos, combining Kratos' XQ-58 airframe with Airbus' MARS mission system. It completed its first European flight in October 2024, reaching Mach 0.8, and is being developed as a collaborative combat aircraft capability for Germany's Eurofighters, with production targets of 18 aircraft in 2027 for the US Marine Corps, Taiwan and other customers.
