Solar-powered atmospheric pseudo-satellite (HAPS) developed by Tiber with Russia's Foundation for Advanced Research Projects (FPI), for ultra-long-endurance flight at high latitudes including the Arctic. First prototype had a 9 m wingspan, ~12 kg, ~50 h at up to 9,000 m; a larger 28 m prototype was planned.
